I have a 1997 Pontiac Montana trans sport and for awhile now the low coolant light has been on but all the fluids in the van are fine and are checked regularly. I recently had another issue come up.

I was driving back home from
shopping and had the AC going and
the I lost acceleration. My AC was still
going along with the stereo and lights.
I pulled over and turned the key off
and waited a few seconds and turned
it back and it started right back. Could
this be from a fuel pump fuse or the
pump itself or something else all
together?

It wouldn't be the fuel pump. I would check for any loose wires maybe a bad fuse and check altenator as well. Mine did that once my ex had the ac on my truck going and all of a sudden it started to lose power and I had to almost floor it to keep it alive

Your coolant light problem is most likely a bad sending unit or bad connection/broken wire from the sending unit on the radiator. The losing power problem could be a plugged catalytic converter, a transmission in need of fluid or a transmission flush, or as Jsellers25 said an alternator. When you lost power did the check engine light come on?
