Van takes 30 minutes to move in cold weather. Need Help!

I have a 2006 Pontiac Montana SV6 van. In
the winter my van won’t move until it has
warmed up for 20-30 minutes. Is this normal?

No not normal sounds like the transmission fluid and filter needs to be changed. Filter is clogged
