Rubber stripping around the windows looks like it is "moldy" What to do?

Service personnel have no clue and will not share with me if they had other complaints.  this little car gets washed every week and is under cover during the day

its a great water trap if u mean bottom of the side windows where water on the window builds up on the rubber when dropped down, or water just falling down the window will get trapped there with dirt, blast a steam cleaner lance as close as u feel is safe along the edge then scrape with a flat headed screw driver carefully then blast again
