right rear light issues on a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee

My right brake light and emergency flashers don't work but the tail light does.
My right blinker works about 20% of the time and the warning light and the
warning keeps going off that my right blinker is on even though it isn't, HELP!!!!!
