1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4x4 will crank and start sputter then stop.

I have a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4.  It just quit starting, so we plugged in
code reader got code or faulty fuel pump. replaced fuel pump then asb relay
went out.  replaced relay. Now it will crank and turn over the  die.  What should I
do now?

Sounds like the Antitheft system is active. Check the owners manual for shutdown procedures.
