1997 grand Cherokee Laredo Slightly smoke blue and seemly not good radiator flow when turned off wont start untill 20mins later

This smells like trouble. Suggest doing a compression check and see if all cylinders are holding, then go from there. Needs to be around 110 psi minimum. High mileage anything over 100 is acceptable. Remove all spark plugs when doing check, and while cranking watch and make sure coolant is not shooting out of a spark plug hole
