I'm new to the site and I was wondering why some prices are listed as negotiable

Means selling price is not firm. And that owner will negotiate with you on a lower price.

Not really dandy...I'm a dealer and my vehicle is priced negotiable without my knowledge! My vehicle is priced on my website and cargurus says it's negotiable.

All prices are negotiable. It all depends on how bad you need to sell it and how bad buyer wants to buy it. I have never paid asking price for a vehicle and don't plan on starting. To many other vehicles out there for sale. And when selling a vehicle I know the buyer is going to want to try and bump the price down so I plan ahead so when he does bump me down we both get a good deal.
