I'm assuming by fair deal, the condition of the vehicle is fair. It's like a scale between poor, fair, good, and mint. Fair typically means it's operable and has some flaws.

If you read the rest of the information shown with the fair deal it will give you a dollar amount that the price is compared to other cars. In other words it shows how much higher or lower than average the price is.
