air bag suspension is stuck in up position rides high

put car in air did not shut air bag switch off

Open drivers door, turn switch off in trunk, disconnect battery for 15 minutes, reconnect battery, close drivers door, turn switch on.

This did not work for me. any ideas on how to get the car to ride at the normal height? It has been riding high for 2 weeks now.
