headlight and rear rinning lights dont work

2007 Lincoln Towncar,the headlights, high beams, running lights, rear running lights wont turn on, only the brakes and turning signals work, from one day to the next. Inside the car the dashboard lights go on an dim like usual. What could this be? I have checked all fuses and they seem to be ok. is it maybe some relay? thanks

It is a 15 year/250,000 mile warranty and it is called Customer Satisfaction # 14N01. They will replace the LCM (Lighting Control Module for free (parts and labor. Call your Ford dealer to see if they have the same kind of extended warranty program for the Lincoln Town car LCM, or call Ford Motor Company. If they have the same program for Lincoln Town Cars, they will ask for your vin #. It's worth a try to call.
