1) Craigslist, eBay or Hemmings Motor News classifieds. 2) Don't limit yourself to Town Cars below 100,000 miles. I own 2 of them, a '96 and a '97, and both have 150,000 miles plus. I wouldn't hesitate to drive either one cross-country; if well-cared for, I've seen Town Cars go 400,000, even 500,000 miles. 100000 miles is nothing if they've been properly maintained.
