why my saturnis acting up?

i went back to man that worked on it , i did find out that the delay in it cutting
off was because he straight wired the fan motor witch stopped working about 3
weeks ago.if he unhooked the wire the car would cut right off but if he hooked it
up it would not cut right off. now rather it would have anything to do with the
idling high when i push clutch in to stop or change gears , i dont know , what do
you think ? trying to upload a picture of it. thanks for all your help . i live on
disability and i dont have money to through away.

Really kind of hard to understand what you're talking about the fan motor is controlled by the computer and the thermostat and I would just change the thermostat and maybe the sensor ETC's sensor could be possibly those two things have your mechanic rewire it up correctly the way it should be "the fan" and then additionally the high reveving problem could be your throttle position sensor cause when that went out for me it made the engine rev high hope that helps you and change mechanics if this guy can't fix it right?
