need to test pump, there is a relay in the engine bay, but turn key on and have someone listen at tank, just listen for the low buzz or feel for the vibration, relay on your senses they will not stear you wrong. Determine fi there is power there at pump, again in the tank, but can test by unhooking the ele conn, some i have ran into will pump when key is on, but will not when the car is trying to start, ele problem, but test that connection with key in all positions. That is where you should start

The problem is a clogged fuel filter or a defective fuel pump that's not delivering adequate fuel pressure. To test this pull one of the lines from the fuel filter and turn the ignition switch to hear the fuel pump. You should see a lot of fuel from the fuel pump which is will solve your problem of no fuel on the rail, which will be the fuel pump or the fuel filter.

I'm working on a Isuzu Rodeo 97 3.2 and crank but won't start. I replace the fuel filter, pump is working( pressure is good, 48psi), I have spark, I put the noid in the injectors connectors and they are pulsing, so I decide to replace the injectors and nothing. The problem is fuel because you can throw throttle cleaner by the throttle body and cranks perfectly but stall.
