where is the reverse fuse located? under hood, or driverside under dash? If fuse ok and tranmission reverse switch has not come off; could the reverse lamp relay going bad?

thanks for your suggestion in resolving my reverse lamp not lighting. Yes I have check for any lights  with someone nothing. replaced bulbs yes, nothing. need to have put on a lift to check transmission switch. By the way were is it located on the transmission? Also, think about changing reverse lamp relay in the circuit box under-hood in front of battery? need to get car register of 2014. current registration end July 15 2013. Help please. thanks

Found on a G35 web site several owners having same issue all of them found broken wires. --- this is from that site--Finally figured it out and fixed it. Had to cut apart the rubber grommet between the cars body and the trunk lid. Two pairs of wires were completely cut, and a third one was just about to go, too.. Hope that helps.
