Should I buy a 2004-2008 Infinity G35?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm interested in buying an Infinity G35 around 10
to 15 years old with more than 120K miles. But a
friend told me that they often need expensive
repairs such as coolant fluids and something
related to engine chains when they reach the 100K
mark. I'm gonna be in college, and I don't think I
can afford excessive repairs for a vehicle. Is this
car a good car to buy for me?

Mine just hit the 100k miles. Only thing so far I had to repair was the mass airflow sensor around at 95k miles. And of course, I have this stereo and ac issue

carlos pull your finisher bored out of the radio and clean and re solder the resistors 508, 509 and 510 im sure that will fix your radio prob and ac prob had same issue 2 months ago and works like a champ now.

I had the 04 maximum. Which has the exact same engine..I didn't have any major problems until I hit 165.000 miles. As for the small things. The A/C went out on me twice. Headed lights needed to be replaced. But you have to take it back to the dealer to do so.
