On an 2001 Infiniti I30 replaced the front brakes, rotors, and calipers also replace the brake hoses on the front and the brake calipers seized shut..what could be the problem?

Most times I see this sort of issue it's the rubber hoses going to the calipers that is bad but you stated that you replaced them.

your piston is hanging up is that wheel getting really hot ,you need to rebuild piston or replace, some are prone to this ....
