2000 Honda Accord hard to start cold

2000 Honda accord 2.3 when it has had a cold soak (overnight) of 20 degree or less it will start like it has the choke on and die, have to start it like this a few times and it then runs fine. Wife takes  it to work goesto lunch etc and has no problem, next morning same thing, where do I start ?

It has no problem cranking got plenty of battery, I'll load tet it but I would think I]d have a cranking problem
