How to find a used car that doesn't stink from cigarettes?

I guess you will need to ask the person of the car you are interested in looking at before you do so.
Like tennisshoes said, a good detail department makes all of the difference. Also, ask if they will change the in cab air filter if it has one. There are companies that will actually come to you while you are at work/home that have a fog machine that will eliminate the smell as well. Airtrona and The Odor Dr are two companies depending on your location.
They also have the Ozone machines you can purchase fairly cheap that are great just to have for your car and house after a good cleaning.
The one we use is the Ozonator.
I got in to the Alpine ozone devices a few years ago to sell them. Multi-level marketing. Just a pyramid sales system I sold 22 of them for $380 each and "earned" a whopping $220.. . The woman ahead of me on the pyramid got most of the money. I'm not saying they don't work, matter of fact they do work well.
