Question type: Car Customization

planning to swap my jdm b16 for a F22b1 w/bigger pistons and ports with my friend, turbo kit not included (i sold my old one and i had problems with it)...its an older model than my current b16 coz he's got a 93 DX...i dont know if it would work, considering that its an older model, and will it work well with my drivetrain and my clutch kit? or am i making a bad decision?

ps i posted the pic with the turbo kit on so y'all can see the engine's current condition...

you can use the hasport h/f mount kit for it. you can use it and it will perform alright but I would go turbo if your going to use a f22b they are not great natural aspirated motor. I had an accord with the f22b1 and there were two ways to go to make power, turbo or h22

i would go h22 if u want bigger. f22 is just a bigger d series really...d is to b as f is to h. go h series. and then if you boost it you got crazy shit on your hands
