what's thebest motor oil for my FB22?

planning to change my engine oil this weekend. just wondering what is the best brand of oil and additive i can get..

if the engine has alot of miles, id go with oil designed for high miles. if not, just use fully synthetic or royal purple if you built the engine.

i have no idea bout the miles...i just recently swapped it and gave up my old-ass b-16 turbo...

but given the year the FB22 was purchased...i'd say it had a lot of miles before i got it...

single overhead civic engine with larger pistons and a larger block...
whats it out of cause I'd like to think I'm familiar with most honda motors
not really the american version is a bit different i believe

i had a D15B Naturally Aspirated, then got a B16 with turbo, then now i switched to the larger FB22 and had it boosted..

yeah coz i have the Japanese Version...the EK Ferio with VTEC3 Multimatic...
if in north america which is where am from i use AMSOIL for my car full synthetic...we use it at my garage and i suggest to change yr tranny fluid as well to AMSOIL it will provide u with very smooth shifting.. if u dont have AMSOIL go with ROYLA PURPLE, good product as well...

i think there's Royal Purple for sale here. also heard of Amsoil. but have no idea how much. thanks...i'll look it up, research a bit about it...
