Was wondering if I could run a 265 75 16 on my Honda passport with 16 inch stock rims and no lift how much rubbing or will they even rub please help thanks. I'm running a 245 75 at the moment.

Those tires will be 1" taller and about 3/4" wider. You will have to look and see if you have room. If you went to 265/70/16 the tires would be the same height. Here is a tire size calculator you can use to compare various tires --- https://tiresize.com/comparison/
