cant get transmission to engage after replacing torque converter

2002 chevy avalanche. replaced the torque converter, reset the transmission module,
truck will not move!  HELP!

Did you add the necessary fluid to replenish the transmission after the torque converter swap? Did you bolt the torque converter to the flexplate? What was the reason you changed torque converters?
