How much should I pay for a 84 Camero with 210,000 miles

I feel these cars are making a come back. (1982-1992)Buy for as little as possible but don't be surprised if one that is in great shape and all matching numbers going for a ridiculously high price. Specially if it's an Iroc or Z28 with all the bells and whistles for that year model car. The base models will be much cheaper. With that many miles I would think in the $1500-$2200 dollar range. But that does not take into account just how good or bad of shape it's in.
It's a Z28 in poor condition. Another words it's in need of a good paint job and it has two small dimples in it.
2000 if the interior is in good shape and the engine/trans arent leaking like crazy and havent been raped by previous owners. but im guessing the interior isnt that great and the drivetrain is original with 210,000 so maybe $1000. You can get one close to mint condition for 5000
1. What you want to pay 2. What they will accept You know if it has been beat, housed in a garage, serviced at proper intervals, or raced and modified. Look at the carpeting. Worn only on the driver's side. Upholstery also tells a lot of history. Clean, normal wear or tattered and beat? Don't pay attention the the high heel marks on the rear ceiling either.
