will the rear end out of a 1995 impala SS fit a 1998 camaro

Question type: General

I want to swap my gearing in my 1998 Camaro to 373 gears and found a rear end with 373 gears in a 1995 impala.  Will the impala rear end fit my Camaro?

You would be better off just buying a set of after market gears ( ring and pinion). Once the gears are installed you'll have to recalibrate your speedometer via a hand held tuner. I'm going to assume you have a Z28 Camaro. Hyper tech makes a tuner that will correct the speedo with the new gears.
