Help!! 1975 and 1990

I have a 1975 and a 1990 Caprice and they both desperately need restored! I dont know where to go or who to ask for help. I plan to fully restore and drive the 1975 for which I have been saving up money for, but there arent any local shops where I live that can help me with this. I am not sure yet what I want to do with the 1990. It was a great car for me the past 5 years, but it has deteriorated quickly in the last year and I dont have enough money to restore both cars. I dont want to give the 1990 away to just anyone for fear they will just junk it or use it in derby. I want to find someone that values this car and might want to restore it or use it for some other creative purpose. Do you know anyone that I can contact to get help for my Caprices?

Maybe you can find someone that will restore the 1975 in return for the 1990, if they go through the work to restore you're car they'll have way more work into the 1975 than any derby car is worth. Where are you located, I do restorations for a very reasonable price, but I'm in the middle of nowhere WI

Thanks for your reply! That might actually work. I am going to post on Craigslist and see what I can come up with. I live in Central Iowa. We arent too far away from each other but it would still be a bit of a drive. Thanks again!!
