powertrain flashes on the dashboard,why?

Your powertrain flashes? Do you mean the picture of an engine flashes?

Misfire, get it fixed before you destroy your catalytic converter.

How is the car running? If there r no problems, u can reset the warning light by turning the ignition to the on position without starting the engine and press the gas pedal to the floor three times.

If the check engine light is flashing then there is a problem. It's flashing because a misfire is currently happening.

how this resolve powertrain...in my car have very jerking on running ...some time i get message from car checkpowertrain ..whst is this

I had this problem with Chevrolet caprice 2006. I checked the spark plugs and they were good then I checked the coils visually, one of them looked bad,I replaced it and engine is working fine now with no faults
