I just bought this car and then realized the heater and the air conditioner wont work, the fans work and I put coolant in, but still not working, Can this be a thermostat problem?

I just replaced the whole left and right turn signal switch in my car. Hazards work but not my left and right turn signal. From what I was told it is the Access Relay. Where is this relay located at? i have a 01 cavalier z24 2.4 5speed, my wiring harness was trashed when i got the car. I picked up a new wire harness, but its for an automatic. Is it possable to use in my car still? And if so what would i need to do to makeit work? 1 Answer
