finding where a plug goes on a 06 chevy cobalt

I have a plug that someone else unplugged on a 06 chevy cobalt and I don't know where it goes.  The car is not starting so I removed that starter and took and had it checked.  The starter is good and I put it back in but it still will not start.  The plug is a little plug that has a blue seal on it.  Please help me.

Looks like it is to a sensor. If it is the cause of it not starting then I would look at the camshaft or crankshaft sensors
