Are 2009 and 2010 Chevy Cobalt basically the same?

Not for sure on those years interchanging but if you search the pull-a-part.com website for those specific parts and search each it will give their list of cars that do have those parts and may need to search many locations to find out if 2009 & 10 are the same because if the location you search does not have a 9 or 10 it will not tell you they interchange or not just if they have a car with it or not which may or may not be a 9 or 10. the good thing too about their site search engine is it also gives all cars that interchange on the lots, I did a quick search for the oil pan and it says some pontiacs, saturns and other chevy models have the same oil pan so give it a try.

Just did a search on the 2009 trans pan and it list a 2010 as a match. Gas tanks are not listed most likely as they are punched threw before put on the lot as all other scrap cars are for safety reasons.
