Question type: General

The car bottoms out all the time, regardless of the load.  If I am driving on a bumpy road it bottoms out or uneven or steep driveways.  Is this just happening to me or is their a design flaw in the suspension.  Just eyeballing it you can see how low the front end is.

Pictures? Park it next to a new car on the lot and compare. Could be a blown strut. Which is kinda unusual for such a new car.
