I have a 94 2.2L with solidified anti freeze. been in there 12 years is the motor junk? If so looking for a new motor.

"Solidified" as in frozen solid? Or as in so gunked up it no longer flows? Either way, no engine will run (at least not for long) without an operational cooling system. Rust and scale can really cripple a cooling system, you can try a flush and see if it improves engine temp, otherwise find a replacement. No shortage of Chevy 2.2s, there's a billion of them out there.
Check for a cracked block before putting any more money into this motor.
It had the orange anti freeze that solidified, so no flow solid orange crap in the hoses and waterpump, rad, I would assume everywhere liquid would flow. Talked with a few different shops (or Mech friends) no ideas besides pull apart or replace.
