Question type: General

In my 92 Silverado when I turn the key on the air
automatically blows through the vents and I can't
turn off because the heater AC dashboard is out
can someone help me thank you it just started
because the truck's been sitting for 6 months just
fixed it and charge the battery and now the air is
stuck on and I can't turn it off because the dash for
the heater and AC is off not working

Thank you for your suggestion but when I turn the car off it stops blowing air so the real problem is when I turn the car on it starts blowing air but I can't stop it unless I turn the car off
