1996 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 will only go about 20mph and shakes.... Any
suggestions on where to start? Thanks

The basics for problems at higher rpms, check for blockage of some kind. The first two things I think of are fuel and exhaust. Might be other issues? How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes?

For sure it needs a tune up. Check code this morning and its said 02 sensors. No problems, has always ran like a champ. It was my fathers truck.
