I believe this is accessible from behind, simply turn the headlight socket out from the headlamp assembly, insert new headlight bulb, and replace. If it is the older sealed-beam style, you may need to remove the trim ring in front of the headlight and pull it out from the front. Many auto parts stores will do this for you for free if you are not sure.
