I would try first, plugs and wires, then distributor cap, then id check to see if engine is getting fuel. there should be a valve , kinda looks like a tire valve but usually near the back of the engine twards the fire wall. you can check it to see if the fuel pump is pumping gas. This is kinda a broad subject. One last piece of advice, try to jump the vehicle, even if the batter is good. I had a busted spider on my truck, and the funniest thing was it would only start with a jump for some reason. if that happens you may wanna check into that.
I would ck fuel pressure first. If not 55psi or lower than 50fuel pump bad. Do you get spark? take a spare or take one out while grounding base of plug have someone crank engine to see if there is spark From what you've done I would think there would be the only thing left would be timing chain But that is last resort. You don't say what kind of truck
Replaced battery and selonoid/starter. Somewhere battery doesn't register to 12 or 12.5.
Also installed new fuel pump assembly 3 months ago.
