I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado extended cab, 4.8 liter. I have had multiple issues with this vehicle, but the one I can't seem to solve is this: if I leave the truck sitting for a day, when I get in and start driving, about 5 miles down the road, it acts like it is being starved of fuel. The engine light starts blinking and there is no power even when i step on the gas fully. After a minute or two, it goes away and runs fine unless I let it sit for a couple days. I just replaced my fuel lines because they were rusted out but that didn't solve the problem. Any ideas anyone? 6 Answers

I have a Chevy pick ! Well I went to pull the oil stick and the oil look a little cloudy the truck does not smoke Got a can of Blue Devil head gasket sealer should I change the oil and put it in with the new oil? Sure would appreciate your help Bonnie 2 Answers

I have a 2008 Chevy Silverado 5.3. Truck idles good when in park but when I put it into gear the check engine light comes on. P0307, witch is Cylinder 7 misfiring. Ive changed all the lifters,coils,injectors and solnoids. Plugs and wires as well. Even turned off the AFM to see if that would help. cleaned the pushrods, made sure they worked. valley cover has been cleaned as well 2 Answers
