Took my 98 silverado into JiffyLube due to check engine light coming on. The

It's a lifted truck so would the speedometer have to be calibrated for the size of the tires
I could be wrong but i can't see the computer is reading anything bout tire size. These computers is when they just starting out & not as all knowing. If all tires the same size, etc. I would look into another cause. Why does it say mismatch, r tires the same? Could a sensor be going nuts?

Large tires are not causing any of the codes. Jiffy lubes kinda funny! cost would be from $125 -$800
Need same size tires all around, big or small, then just get the speedometer calibrated to the tire size. If you have different tire sizes on the 4 corners, the wheel sensors will pick it up and throw a code, since the tires are different diameters thus the computer via the wheel sensor. Also this f**ks up the front and rear differentials.
