Question type: Maintenance & Repair

the #3 Cylinder keeps fowling out the spark plug, bad. It is very chard and
does have some oil on the spark plug.  About every two weeks I  have to
replace it.  I have checked rest of the spark plugs and they are fine.  I have
notice blue smoke, just a little when i start it for the first time each day.  I am
losing oil somewhere. About a quart every two weeks.

Running a dry and wet compression test may help you figure out if it is a valve guide, seal, piston ring or cylinder wall issue. If it is a valve guide seal it is a fairly easy repair.
