My tail running lights don't work changed bulbs
and nothing my head lights brake lights and turn
signals all work Also my steering wheel has
massive play and my horn doesn't work what to
do? This is my first vehicle.

you'll need a multi tester to see if there's power to the socket then trace the wire back to see where the problem lies , it could be a worn or broken wire ,check the horn to see if it gets power and a good ground , the horn probably has a relay you can swap one for the other when you find it to see if thats it or it may be the switch at the steering wheel , ,, check your steering linkages for excessive play if the linkages aren't that bad you may need a new steering box , let us know what happens

you can hot wire the horn to make sure it works , if it was easy everyone would do it .
