Spits n spudders

94 5.7 chevy silverado
Replaced plugs wires cap
ignition module iac.valve
coolant temp sensor and
map sensor. No vacuum
leaks egr.cleaned.  truck just
spits n spudders especially
when you first start it. It will
mellow out a bit but when I
try to gas on it hard it all
starts again.  Any ideas

Sounds more like a fuel problem check fuel pressure change fuel filter add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank

Done that a few times n fuel pump at time I of check was 10 psi where it comes in to throttle body
