Your switch may be bad. The fuses are after the switch.

I would love to know if you figured this out. I have changed all parts and the symptom still exists.

Jwfishing, Bothe high beams fail to come on? Have you tested to see if there is power coming to the light sockets? If so, the ground or sockets themselves may be corroded or bad. If both lights fail to come on, it may be a disruption before the lights, like a broken wire? Are you sure the bulbs are good? It'd help to know what was replaced, the make and year of vehicle, and if you live in snow and ice country in the winter. Salt corrosion can play havoc with a lot of electronic devices, as does the extreme cold.

Hello John. Thank you for the prompt response. I have changed the headlight switch and the signal \ dimmer switch on the column and the Relay in the fuse box. I have been trying to get a decent schematic to trace all of the wiring. The DRL and the Fog light works as designed. With the fog lights on, they will turn off when the column switch is set to bright. The bright light indicator works on the dash panel. I remove the DRL fuses and the low beams do work from the headlight switch. I am guessing that there is a line break somewhere. The bright bulbs do appear to be good.

If you can, see if when the high beam lights are turned on, there is power at the light bulb connector. If not, than work towards the relay or fuse until you find power. Than you will know from that point to the bulbs, there is a bad wire. Bulbs may look good, but if you have a known working bulb, put it in. Stranger things have occurred.

Did any of you figure this out? Seems I have the same problem on my 2005 Chevrolet 2500hd, both high beams quit and just a bunch of dead ends... on the high beam relay I don’t have the same power to one of the pins. .3volts like I do on the low beam relay pin.

I had the same problem on my 2010 Tahoe. Ended up changing the whole fuse box under the hood. Apparently there is a relay built in the circuit board that went bad. $189 fix that was actually pretty simple.
