windows are out of sink and wont pop down just before the door opens . how do i adjust for this to happen. i have no manual

Starting with the windows all the way up. push and hold the down button, keep holding it down an additional 10 seconds after the window has gone all the way down. after about 10 seconds roll the window all the way up, keep holding the button for another 10 seconds or so. Do the same thing for the other side, after you have done this the windows should work the way they are supposed to
