why would I have absolutely no electrical response in vehicle?
1996 Chevy Suburban. 454 Vortec engine. I have no electrical response. No
horn, no open door beep, no power window or door locking or ignition (not
even a click).

An open circuit or high resistance, No power making a circuit to power anything Begin at he battery and work from there, OR pay $100 have it done.
