Does the 92' 500 SEL have airbag suspension in the front and rear?

No. It has regular coil springs all round and the front has regular shock absorbers. The rear shockers will probably have a pipe running into them which is a self levelling system. As weight is added to the rear of the car, a small box under the car which has a small arm attached to the anti-roll bar, pumps more fluid into the shockers lifting the rear of the car up and keeping it level.
