my 2004 chevy trailblazer wont start even with new battery

Does it turnover ( crank ) ? You may have a bad starter , there may be a relay involved , Make sure the batt terminals are tight , is power getting to the starter solenoid ? Is there a voltage drop in the cable between the batt. and the starter ? check all fuses
