Could also be fan resistor that needs to be replaced, which works with the climate control knobs for heat and A/C. I put a new one in my Chevrolet and also took out middle console dash (where the coffee cup holders are, which was a pain, but worth it) and installed a new climate control panel (the one with the knobs, etc.) and now mine works great on both heat & A/C and also blows on all numbers 1 - 5. And I'm a lady! If I can do it you can. Save some $$ too.
