Why is my 2010 grandcaravan going through so much coolant?

The cooling system is a closed loop. The only reason why you would be losing coolant would be due to a leak somewhere in the system. Check the system thoroughly. Seals could be bad in the water pump?

if you have front and rear heating and a/c there is a heater hose with a plastic y connector, if you open the hood and look at the rear head just below the exhaust cross over pipe you can see the y connector, if not that then the radiator left tank leaks.
