Dodge Grand Caravan 2014, a/c fan blowing warm and hot air, no cooling

Asked by June21339 Apr 18, 2017 at 12:09 AM about the Dodge Caravan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2014 Dodge Gr. Caravan.  Heat works fine.  Turned on A/C and warm air, no cooling, just blows nicely!  What is this?  Is there a recall for this issue?
Thanks, June Helen

Same vehicle and year with the same issue. Dodge needs to get this taken care of.

Same issue with our 2014 dodge grand caravan. Have taken it in NINE TIMES in the last five years. Wonderful vehicle EXCEPT AC does not work, or only blows hot air. Went through the R62 recall and subsequently had all those same parts replaced to no avail, (and were never told R62 parts come with new warranty, so we paid out of pocket). Waiting for another new case manager now, June 2020. If they don't fix it finally this time, at their cost, have a lawyer on retainer and will pursue lemon law resolution.
