What would cause it to run one time but not the next

it runs one day then the next day sputters and dies. Usually can be restarted. Most sensors have been changed.
New sparks also have codes saying miss firing 1 3 5

Could be a fuel issue, like the fuel pump. Check to see if you are getting any spark to the spark plugs when she is not running. If no spark, could be an ignition problem. If a spark, then try to determine why the car might not be getting gas. When it is not starting, spray starter fluid into the carb and see if she will start up. It she starts, then you do not have an ignition problem, but some sort of fuel issue. You can google: how to check if fuel pump is working.
