BLOWS WARM THEN GOES TO COLD ON ITS OWN

Sounds like a simple problem like low anti freeze or a more complicated one like the thermostat is not working properly. Check the fluid, and if that fluid level is okay, change the thermostat if it has been in there for a few years. Hopefully they are not hard to replace in your Caravan. I have never done one on a Caravan. Even if that is not it, it cannot hurt to refresh an old thermostat, and you have eliminated that as the problem.
